Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to:

For Sellers:
- Sellers are responsible for listing their products or art accurately, including descriptions, pricing, and shipping information.
- Sellers must fulfill all orders promptly and communicate with buyers regarding any delays.
- A 2% commission fee will be automatically deducted from the total sale amount for every transaction processed through the platform. By creating a vendor listing, sellers agree to this deduction as part of using the Unfiltered Bazaar marketplace.
- Any disputes or refunds are to be handled between the buyer and seller directly, although Unsolicited Opinions may mediate if necessary.
For Buyers:
- Purchases made through the Unfiltered Bazaar are transactions between you and the seller. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
- Buyers should carefully review listings and communicate with sellers before purchasing.
Unsolicited Opinions is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from marketplace transactions.
All trademarks, logos, and platform designs are the property of Unsolicited Opinions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our explicit permission.
Similarly, users must respect intellectual property rights when posting or listing items for sale.

Return and Refund Policy
At Unsolicited Opinions, we value your trust and strive to create a seamless shopping experience through our marketplace, Unfiltered Bazaar, and our exclusive line of Unsolicited Opinions-branded products. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and replacements for both Unsolicited Opinions products and vendor-listed items.
For products sold directly by Unsolicited Opinions (such as merchandise or original branded products), we offer the following options in case of issues:
- Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Replacements: If the product is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Products listed and sold by independent vendors on the Unfiltered Bazaar are the sole responsibility of the respective vendors. Therefore, all returns, refunds, and replacements for vendor-listed products must be settled directly between the vendor and the customer.
Steps for Resolving Vendor Issues:
- Review the vendor's return and refund policy listed on their shop page.
- Contact the vendor directly using the messaging feature or the contact details provided in their store.
- While we encourage customers to resolve issues directly with vendors, we step in for the following serious concerns:
- Non-Delivery: If you haven’t received the product within the expected delivery window and the vendor is unresponsive.
- Damaged Items: If the item arrives significantly damaged or unusable and the vendor fails to resolve the issue.
- Misrepresentation: If the product is entirely different from the description or photos in the listing (e.g., incorrect size, color, material, or quality).
Our Process for Vendor Complaints:
- Customers can file a complaint with us at support@unsolicited-opinions.com, providing details of the transaction, photos (if applicable), and communication attempts with the vendor.
- We will investigate the issue thoroughly and may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a refund to the customer.
- Mediate a resolution between the customer and the vendor.
- Suspend or remove the vendor from the platform if they are found to be in violation of our policies.
- We are not responsible for refunds, returns, or replacements for vendor-listed products except in the cases outlined above (non-delivery, damage, or misrepresentation).
- Refunds for vendor complaints may take up to 10 business days after the completion of our investigation.
- All decisions regarding refunds and vendor removals are final and made at our sole discretion.
